# Subscription Documents Upon successful completion of the KYC/AML & Accreditation/Qualified Purchaser processes, the final step before completing an investment is to sign the subscription documents for the fund. Signing of the subscription documents takes less than 10 minutes to sign and completes the onboarding process. Once completed, the user becomes an LP of the fund, allowing the user to invest into the available asset offerings.
